Strategy and systems for companies that know something needs to change.
Start a ConversationWhat We Do
Most engagements start in one area and expand as the real priorities surface. Here's where we work.
The front door of the business and the assets that support it.
The infrastructure that keeps work moving without bottlenecks.
AI that's installed into how the business actually runs.
The systems that turn attention into revenue.
How to Engage
A structured process to assess what's working, what's not, and where the biggest opportunities are. Standard methodology, clear deliverables, fixed price.
A defined project with a specific deliverable. We scope it, build it, and hand it back.
Either way, it starts with a conversation. No pitch decks. No pressure. We talk about what's going on in the business and figure out if there's a fit.
Recent Work
Owner wanted to get organized. Had leads in spreadsheets, no follow-up system, manual scheduling across four regions.
Single overseas receptionist covering four regions. No overflow, no routing, double-bookings. The CRM wasn't the first problem.
Call routing by region, AI-powered appointment setting, CRM with pipeline tracking, automated follow-up sequences. Five-phase engagement.
Established company with a strong reputation but no digital presence to match. Website was outdated, brand identity was inconsistent.
Started with the website, expanded to full brand identity, then added a bid portal to streamline subcontractor relationships.
New brand identity, modern website, project portfolio, and a subcontractor bid portal that turned a pain point into a competitive advantage.
Wanted to publish archived interviews to a YouTube channel. Had a methodology but no system to turn it into revenue.
Messaging was methodology-first instead of outcome-first. No offer structure. No customer journey. No lead capture or nurture system.
Rebuilt positioning, designed multi-tier offer structure, built email automation, created content strategy, and shipped an AI-powered product.
Needed social media content, AI-generated visualizations and property mock-ups, and basic automation help.
Turned one-off content requests into a repeatable production system with consistent output across social, print, and video.
Social content workflows, systemized direct mail campaigns, and AI-powered video production using avatar and voice clone technology.
Needed to fine-tune a marketing video. Had great footage but the message wasn't landing.
The video led to a bigger realization: the core message needed alignment across video, pitch decks, and sales materials.
Clarified the core message using AI tools, then built a repeatable process and delivery chain to produce marketing collateral at scale.
About
I started in the Air Force, leading a 75-person deployable communications team and running infrastructure programs across the Middle East. That's where I learned how to build systems that work under pressure — and how to lead people through complexity without overcomplicating it.
From there, I spent 20 years in corporate executive roles — running global programs, leading post-merger transformations, managing billion-dollar service organizations, and building teams across operations, technology, sales, and customer success. The common thread was always the same: figure out what an organization is capable of, identify what's standing in the way, and build the systems to get it there.
I've also started and run my own businesses — a fitness company, a technology consulting practice, and now Agility Stream. That changes how I think about the advice I give. I've made payroll. I've been the person doing every job. I know the difference between a strategy that looks good on a slide and one that actually works when you're the one executing it.
What ties all of it together is a belief that technology should make businesses simpler, not more complicated. AI, automation, systems — they're only valuable if they reduce the load on the people doing the work. That's the lens I bring to every engagement.
Based in Montgomery County, PA. Working with companies across the U.S.
Next Step
No pitch decks. No proposals before we've talked. Just a conversation about what's going on in the business.
